240 fuse issues 200

Hi,

my left parking light fuse just blew (and then blew again when I replaced it). I checked the the ground wire and it looks OK. Plus, the turn signal works and I think they are on the same ground.

Any thoughts on how to proceed? Reading other posts I am wondering if I have to go under the dash and start with the cylindrical component. If so, what exactly am I looking to confirm...?

Another potential clue:
I just started getting dashboard warning lights for the parking brake, and battery. They flashed on, went away, and appear to be back.

Thanks in advance if anyone can advise me on how to proceed with the debug.

Rob
