B23E running a litte rough, squeaking, 200

Hi all,
Just a post on something thats been ticking me off for a while.. My B23E with K-jet has 340000km on it, and i want to fix up a few things:

It is running a litte rough- it stumbles a little at idle- i adjusted the idle to run a little higher (about 1200rpm) and i ran smoother but still has the wobbles.

Also, it has an intermittent squeak- i think its belts but theyre all in relatively good nick- my power steering pump is on a funny angle though- i dont know why..

What would people suggest to get the beauty running nice and schmooth again?
