ZF rear output shaft leaking. Looking for needle bearing. 700

zf trany outputshaft leaking. car only has 105000miles. Doesn't seem to vibrate on the hiway or there doesn't seem like much play in drive shaft. I have already had it apart once dealer gave me aw70 parts. The parts guy told me they don't make the needle bearing anymore? But he seemed confused from the beggining. My question is where can I find a new one and should I change it? Are these as prone to go as the bushing in the aw70? What is the downside of the zf tranny?

Thanks in advance
matt
