Transmission top plate for LAPLANDER

The guy I got Ole Reliable from is currently rebuilding a LAPLANDER and is looking for a top plate for a Newer transmission .... he uses the designation K3 or K4 from the side of the castings I believe he is talking about a M46 ... The top plate is important because this is a cab over design and this allows the shifter to be positioned correctly for that design. He has a top plate for what he calls a K1 tranny (M40 or 41?) but it will not fit the newer boxes. He is not sure if VOLVO built the LAP with the newer trans so we are looking to pick your brains to find out if anyone can source one for him.
