on to my second volvo 200 1984

So for the peeps that don't read other forums I will get you caught up. Thursday night as I was really bored I decided to take a little trip to the store. Seventeen miles later I was setting at a gas station with a bad valve/ noise. Well I have to drive 1300 miles this coming week and need a car. So I found a 87 volvo 240 that just needs the radiator changed (just happen to have a new one in the apt) and a couple of small things for it to be going. The car has 157k on it. The lady said she only drives it 1300 hundred miles a year. Well when I got in to take it for a test drive I couldn't believe how much power it had. It makes me wonder whatelse was going on with my car. Both are non-turbo. Anywho I am going to change the hoses, radiator, therm, anything else while I am at it? the other thing is taking all the items that I have put on my 740. Would it be ok to take the fuel pump/filter assem off for a spare? They are only a month old. I am guessing yes, how about the tires? do the rims match up with the 740? those tires are only 3 months old. Sorry for the long thread.
