'92 240 won't start 200

After having driven the car to drop my brother off to pick up his Jetta, I returned home and left the car on the driveway. When I went back out to put it in the garage, it wouldn't start. I popped the hood, and went about checking the codes. Unfortunately, no codes were spit out-not even the 1-1-1. The car has had a tune-up a few months back, fuel pumps and relay replaced last summer, ecu replaced last summer, crank position sensor replaced four months back. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
