OVERDRIVE SOLENOID 200 1989

Thanks for the verification. The daughter's 86 is in San Diego and we will be bringing it up to the Seattle area soon. When I get down there I am going to try everything I can to get the OD working. Long trip otherwise.
The Volvo dealer there looked at it and told her she needed her transmission rebuilt, but I don't have great trust in the dealer from past experience. They replaced the solenoid, it didn't help, so they put the old one back in. I am going to hotwire it and see if it works and then go from there troubleshooting. I have several posts about the troubleshooting from previous inquiries. Going to be one loooooooong trip if I don't get it working.
