Hi -
Very annoying, I know. I used to use anti-static spray on the seats for years: You know, the stuff we used when music came on a vinyl medium called "records". This helped quite a bit, actually. The problem disappeared completely when I connected a ground strap to the exhaust system though, with the free end touching the road.
