93 Control Arm Installation 200

I should have my control arms back with new bushings later this afternoon and I'd like to install them tonite, but. I don't think I can drop the exhaust to access the right side rear bolt. Can I torque it before hand, or is there some other way? The left side is quite accessible and looks simple. I've been led to believe that I need to drop the exhaust to access that rear bolt. Is this true?

Also I don't have a torch and am reluctant to monkey around with the exhaust as the bolts are quite rusted at the flange where it meets the manifold. Help!
