What to do with the 145!?!!?!! 140-160

Kyle,
Before you even think about selling it, clean it! Do all of the things that don't require money first, elbow grease is cost effective and cheap. Make a list of things that must be done and another for items that you would like to do. Then put a realistic dollar value on each item.
If you already owe 3K, getting $500 vs $1000 is a BIG difference. Go to your local DMV office and get a copy of the title before you think of selling. Don't spend any money on your car for "nice things to have" until your debts are gone. Then put aside money every month for car 'goodies' and limit your spending to what is in that account.
