brake bleeding problems still unresolved: 200

I have a 89 240 that I posted message about in early April. It was suggested that possible cause for trouble bleeding brakes were 1.Wrong caliper,mis-matched caliper or master cylinder/ seals ruined when setting new pads,or bleeding new caliper. I found at first I was sold pass. side caliper which I installed and natch. couldnt bleed- took back and then sold drivers side half combined with pass. side half-no good either. Finally they got caliper right, still could not get air out of system after bleeding by the Haynes manual way. Tried a variety of sequences-still no luck. Wife getting impatient and sore leg. Finally replaced master cylinder, pulled apart old one- seals looked bad and probably did leak by. Thought I had it made now, wrong! I've gone around the cycle at least 5 times, bleeding brakes with engine off,getting air out of each caliper initially and a better,harder pedal than before mas. cyl. change but after starting car,brake goes to floor. Also go back to bleeding each cal. over again--still more stupid air. Please HELP!!!!!
