V90 needs a new timing belt S90-V90

Hi, i just bought a 1998 V90 with 72k miles. The first thing I want to do is replace the timing belt, tensioner, and water pump. Is this the sort of thing i can take to any mechanic to get done? Or is there some sort of Volvo-specific wizardry that will require a full-time volvo tech do do this operation? This is my first Volvo, so I have no idea how complex a timing belt change will be.
