Advice on buying a '95 940 Turbo Wagon 900 1995

Thinking about a 95 Turbo Wagon and wondered if anyone has any opinions or advice in considering this purchase. It's a one owner (Volvo family guy that previously had a 245 and now drives a Cross Country), has low miles (97K) and has been serviced at the dealer every 5k with complete records. I've looked at the FAQ on the 940 and Turbo. What's a good price on that car in the south? Any input/advice from you folks would be appreciated.

(92 940 206K and previusly - 245, 240, 760, and 850 Turbo. Also currently a 99 SAAB 9-5 Sportwagon 108K and a 94 Toyota Previa 137K for hauling large quantities of people and stuff)
