Power Bleeding a 240 wagon 200

I have an '87 240 DL wagon and need to bleed the brakes. I know some of you have rigged your own systems to do this. I have a spare master cylinder resevoir cap and the inner tube valve. Can you use the inflators that plug into your cig lighter and then pump up your tires? Or is there to much pressure? Any advice on setting one of these up is greatly appreciated. I could buy the power bleeder but being cheap I was trying to save the $44+shipping.

Thanks,

John
