Exhaust Rattle 700 1991

Hello All.
I need some help. My 91 745 has an exhaust rattle that is driving me crazy. It is only while idling, and at first acceleration, so it is at low RPM. I have narrowed it down to the very rear of the exhaust, by the resonator. I believe the rattle is the resonator heat shield vibrating against the underside of the body. I have checked the two exhaust hangers, and they are tight and in good shape. How is this heat shield connected to the body, and what can I do to stop the rattle.
