Running Hot 200 1992

My 92 240 is running hot off and on. The coolant in the resevour looks clean, and this running hot problem only appears to happen on warm days (I am not using the air conditioner).

When opening the coolant resevour, the resevour is under pressure when it is hot, I thought this strange.

If anyone can give me any advice I would really appreciate it.
