E-bay luck? 444-544

I recently returned something I bought on e-bay that was not as described. Since the seller refunded my money, plus shipping, I left neutral feedback instead of negative. I felt this was fair considering how the part was described. This part (a chrome grill) was described as "in very good original condition..in no way bent or damaged...with a small crack..and a small blemish in the chrome."

When I received the PV grill it was obvious the one already on my car was in much better shape, and I would only describe it's condition as fair. While the guy refunded my money, I noticed he relisted the part on e-bay and didn't change the descrition much (maybe a little). So out of duty to my fellow PV parts seekers, I felt it only fair to give him neutral feedback. I was very disappointed when I receieved this grill because it had obviously been smashed in, then restraightened because it had a large crack extending from the inner grill to the middle (at least 3/4"),not to mention a dime sized blemish in the corner of the chrome. So it was not "very rare indeed to find a part of this quality" as described.

Would you have given positive feedback if your money was refunded? I would definetly not buy anything else from this guy. His idea of "very good" is certainly not mine.
