1990 745 16 v failes nj emmissions fo hc and co i think new cat converter. codes 232 and 221 came up and the CE light came on during the test. could it be a bad o2 sensor the car has 220k+. the engine was jus rebuilt due to a bad batch of TB's from a volvo parts supplier. thanks in advance
