Replacing AMM and O2 sensor this weekend.

I need to replace this unit on my 92 Auto 240, On www.fcpgroton.com there are several units that are compatible with my car,of course i would like to do this as cheaply as possible, but purchase a quality working unit. What would the difference be between the Bosch direct fit, or the walker 3 wire universal units? Would i be making a mistake purchasing the walker unit? Would it be easier to install the bosch unit?

Thanks for the help.
Ross
