85 turbo no start 200

from other threads, i am semi-confident that the relay is working fine. i have bypassed the relay and the pump works just the same as when normal. also, i have checked the amps at the pump during cranking. just fine.

the timing belt is where i will go next, because i read a 740 link about loss of power and then a no start situation, which is what i have, and the people talked about a possible belt jumping tooth occurance. i will check that out next.
