How do I disconnect the fuel injectors from the fuel lines? 200 1984

I'm by no means an expert, but I didn't have to disconnect the injectors on my k-jet ('79 242) when I changed my injector seals a couple weeks ago. Just remove the retainer bolt and pull the injector out carefully the skinny seal goes on the plastic retainer piece and the fat seal goes on the injector itself. If you dip the seal in a little gas first it will all slide together a lot easier.
