Get a short block of wood. Use it to cushion the bottom of the oil pan, and use a jack to GENTLY lift the motor up. Unbolt the bottom bolt holding the mount to the crossmember. Next, take off the three bolts holding the motor mouunt bracket to the engien block, lift straight up (this seems easier to me than fighting with getting enough clearance to fit the mount out from between the two). Unbolt the mount from the bracket.

And in fine Hayne's tradition "Reassembly is the reverse of the disassembly" (sic).

The mounts consist of a block of rubber with flat metal plates bonded to either side with protruding bolts. the usual failure mode is for one of the plates to come loose, and then the motor can bounce around more. usually, according to gravity, it goes downward. If driven hard, it can also let the engine tilt over in the engine bay.
