Buy all from the dealer 200

For all new flywheel bolts (crank to FW) and pressure plate bolts (FW to PP) it was like 35 total. None of the Volvo OE bolts have locktite on them. When I did my transmission swap I purcahsed all new bolts. I think the PP bolts go to like 20-30 ft lbs, and the flywheel ones are 57 (i did em to 60).

My local shop refinished my flywheel for 24 bucks. It is shown in the picture below. You should have the same style on yours. A machine shop shouldn't charge that much for it to be done. I would suggest buying the ENTIRE sachs clutch kit from fcpgroton.com. Cheapest place around, and you get all the Volvo OE parts you need. This includes a new PP, clutch disc, and Boge throughout bearing. Also, buy your pilot bearing from the dealer, don't get the scantech one that FCP has.

If you don't already have one, buy the clutch alignment tool from ipd for like 4-5 bucks. It keeps the thing centered when you install the pressure plate.

If you have any other questions, or need part numbers, feel free to email me at runabout4fun@yahoo.com.
