B21ft swapped into B23ft LH 2.4 700

Since a B23ft manifold swap is a good mod for a B21ft can a B21ft be swaped into a B23ft LH 2.4. Will the LH know any difference if the sensors are delt with (used or fooled). I have a solid B21FT in a 83 wreck and trashed B23ft in a straight clean 91. Has anyone done a swap of a K-Jet engine into a LH 2.4 car. Will the B23f manifold, TB, sensors, etc swap to the B21FT allowing the LH 2.4 to work. Should I forget it and part the wreck out to finance another B23FT.
