Motor for 940SE

Used motors imported from Japan are generally spectacular - as I recall any vehicle being operated in Japan is required by law to have a NEW motor installed every 50k km to ensure that emissions specs are never exceeded by having a worn engine! For a Volvo, that means it's just getting broken in... But the question that arises is, is it worth the additional shipping expenses (that must get passed along to you in the price of the engine) when a junkyard Volvo red block motor with 100-150k miles will give you years of service before wear & tear takes its toll. If that imported engine comes with a turbo that's only got 50k km(31k miles) on it, and the cost above and beyond what a junkyard engine would cost where you live is less than the cost of a turbo rebuild, I'd go for it.
