replacement struts for a V90 tailgate -- UPDATE S90-V90

got the struts in two days by mail from a guy on ebay. $27 shipped w/ tax. Took 10 minutes to install them.

One word of advice to anyone who is thinking about do this them selves:

They tell you to remove the retaining clip completely when removing or reinstalling the struts. This is a waste of time. Instead, gently pry the clip partly up from the strut (but not all the way off), just enough to pass the ball joint. It will save you a lot of hassle.
