Ignition problems? 120-130

If the pump is one that comes apart easily, by all means have a look in there.

I had very similar problems with my 1800, which had sat for five years before I bought it and brought it back to life. Everything was fine for months until new fuel eventually melted the old gas varnish coating the tank (that's my theory, anyway). I ended up with the fuel pump screen completely plugged with gunk.

Never did boil out the tank. A dozen filters later, it's just fine.
