"I've got a 544 front clip and hood that might make the B20 conversion easier for you (don't know if that would help though)."

The B16 radiator is smaller and the bottom hose is on the wrong side. And the hood hinges are large, ungainly, and take up lots of room under the hood - I had to carefully position the front fuel inlet on my DCOE's to avoid it when closed. They also fit in beside the radiator, precluding you from adding anything larger.

I know all this because my '63 544 has a B16 nose on it due (no doubt) to some long ago crash.
