did techron kill my sensor? 700

i just ran some techron through my 1990 740 gle. try to get some gunk out of the inhjectors. so a few days ago, the car starts running poorly, then i get a check engine light. oxygen sensor. not an old o2 sensor either. replaced it very recently. today i was driving around and she is shaking like a dog crapping a peach pit at idle, and stinking of bad fuel mix. sounds like a bad o2 sensor to me.

if it is not the techron, is there any other reason i would be burning up o2 sensors?

thanks for any and all insight!
