I've done thismyself. Not too bad. Avoiding damage to the door panel is your biggest challenge. Also be sure the junkyard gives you a window with the metal channel bracket on the bottom intact and attached. If it's gone or out of alignment, it will be a royal PITA to get it back "just right"

Also, if you have the plastic regulators this a great time to check it for cracks and loose nuts.
