Kjet injection vs. Djet 140-160

Someone recently emailed me and asked me how compatible the kjet injection bits are with the djet stuff. I've never owned a kjet car and I can't remember how the system is laid out.

1. Do the kjet intake manifolds have a provision for a throttle position switch?

2. Are the injector ports in the Kjet heads compatible with the djet injectors and keepers?

3. Does a kjet head have a threaded coolant temp sensor hole?

The question was based around possible complications for installing megasquirt on a kjet car.
