1997 S90 AC intermttent operation S90-V90 1997

The AC System blows very cold air on summer days then it goes hot.
Usually it will start working about 20 minutes later. The compressor temp sensor leads have been bypassed so it is not the compressor temp sensor shutting down the compressor. I went to volvotechinfo.com and could not find the factory manual that covers the AC system. It's difficult to troubleshoot a problem when I don't have a correct schematic or data to work with. Does anyone have the part number for the factory climate system manual? Since it initially blows freezing cold air could the system be overfilled? Also the temp control has always been full cold at 78 degrees then heat on at 80 degrees. Is there a calibration procedure for this?
