windshield wiper 1800 1973

hello all,

I was driving along and one of the wipers stopped.

I found the cable that hooks from the plastic arm to the "circular thing"
is busted. ( just at the end that goes to the end of the plastic arm.

I was wondering if any one has had that problem, and how to go about replacing it. It's tough going user there.
