In addition to Bob C's summary, if just the Low beams are out, the Bulb Failure Sensor could be at fault. Low beam voltage comes in on a single wire, then splits to feed each lamp, as it's tested for equal current in each leg.

You'd need to trace the voltage with a meter or test light at the sensor, or replace it with one that is known to be OK. It's a red cylinder, clipped to the lower edge of the dash on the driver's side.

We can help with wire colors, terminal numbers, etc. if you want to test anything like that.
