It is a lousy pic. The relay with the white socket is the one - has the traditional colors. The big green/red is in front, but you can't make out the red stripe. The yellow is easy to see; the blue/white, white, and black wires are just visible.

The WDM still shows the old location, down near the bottom of the steering column, in its relay locator drawing. But you can see the harness build would not permit it to be moved that far by some mischievous hider of relays.

The "Dim/dip" is UK market I believe. The regulator is drawn to represent a dimmer using a solid state switching regulator. There's a page in the '91 WDM titled "Reduced-intensity dipped beams (Dim-dip), United Kingdom".

Here's another view. Just couldn't get things in focus that day...
