ABS Relay prolem 700 1991

ABS light is on on my 1991 Volvo 740 Turbo Wagon. I followed the procedure on the FAQ (Diagnostic Unit Malfunction: Surge Protector Failure) and saw that Pin 2 (yellow/red wire) never has the +12V that it should. However, Pin 4 (blue/green) needs to be at ground for this relay to energize, and it is consistently as +12V. Question to someone with a schematic: where does this blue/green wire go?

Also, I temporarily shorted the yellow/red wire to the red wire and the ABS light went out, so the control unit is OK. Not knowing where the blue/green wire goes, I was afraid to short it to ground to test the relay.

Thanks,
LJE
