car keeps dieing 1989 740 non turbo 700

I have had this problem now for some time the car is hard to start it even killed the batt. today after it starts it will run for a few mins then quits. I have noticed it almost starts when I let the key go from the start position to run!! Or it will finally start when I've aBOUT run the batt. down. I have already replaced everything Its not the rsr, its not the fpr, its not the rpm sensor its not the tps, its not the coolant temp sensor, its not fuel pump or prepump, not the coil, not the engine wire harness, not the ecm, The only things I have not changed are the amm and the ICM. Help!!! I running out of time and $$$
