leaking oil 740 tubo garrett 700 1989

ok after close inspection I am not leaking oil out of my turbo or the rear main seal. It looks like I am leaking out of were the oil filter screws in and there two lines coming out of the same area what other seals are in that area that I could replace and were can I get the seals and is that what FCP Groton calls the Low end seal replace ment
