Oil leak: Head gasket 200 1982

1982 244 B21F: I seem to have an oil leak that comes and goes on the front right on the engine, between the block and head. It back again, I can see tiny oil bubbles pop out every now and then. The engine doesn't burn/leak much oil overall, and I'm not leaving a puddle - but the leak is up near the accessory and timing belts, which is not too thrilling to me.

Not sure if I'm at the point with this amount of leakage to do a head gasket. Anyone have any advice or words of encouragement?

Greg
