front bumper 200 1988

My wife got in a little fender bender, and caused a little bit of damage to the front bumper. Not much to be concerned about, but it knocked it back and up by just a little bit so now that trim piece won't fit in the clips. What am I likely going to have to do to fix this? Will the bumper itself be bent, or its mounting hardware? It seems to be made of plastic which wouldn't seem to be able to bend much, but I don't know if maybe it is reinforced with metal so that I'd have to replace it. I've got several pick-n-pulls to choose from, so I probably won't have any problems replacing parts. But which parts am I most likely going to have to replace?
