Recaros in a 2 door 120-130

So a good friend who's giving up his 122 wagon was kind enough to pass on to me his front seats - a pair of Recaros out of an 80's Jetta or GTI - I'm not sure. They look very nice and feel great.
Couple of questions. He had bolted them to pieces of plywood and those were then fastened to the sliders. Anybody know of a source for tracks to adapt into a 122? Where would I look for these?
Also one of the seat side bolsters is a little collapsed. Has anyone tried to repair something like this? Is replacement foam available? Are they difficult to disassemble in order to replace a foam piece? thanks
