Oil Mist on valve cover 700 1987

Have a 1987 turbo w/140M. There is an oil mist spray on the valve cover that must be coming from too much pressure in cover. Seems that it must come from oil-add -filler cap. Engine is a BT230 turbo. There was no flame guard for this engine installed. Is it possible that the pcv valve or hose is bad? and if so, where would I find the pcv?
