clutch alignment tool size 700 1989

Taking advantage of the semi warm weather and will try and replace the clutch on my NA M-47 this weekend, I wonder what is the diameter of the pilot bearing so I can be sure I have the correct size adaptor for my clutch tool ? I suspect my tool is SAE as it was used before on my collection of British rust so I may have to modify it
