Rebuild Instructions for B230FT? 900 1991

'91 945T...

Does anyone know of a decent step-by-step website, or other printed resources, for rebuilding a B230FT? do any of the Volvo Green manuals cover this is great detail? Is this even a do-it-yerself job? I have a decent set of basic hand tools. Are there any parts of the job that absolutely require experience to acheieve a certain "feel", or can everything be done to spec?

Also, will a '95 B230FT (block & head) drop right in if I keep my current '91 FI/Ignition computers & all sensors?

Yesterday I changed from synthetic (Mobil 1) back to dino oil after 2 years on synthetic, and wouldn't you know, I was going 110 kph, started to lose power, noticed the rear window of the wagon had a hazy film, then noticed the temp gauge was pegged. Pulled over, and all coolant came steaming out the rear or the engine. I'm waiting to hear the results of the autopsy...

Thanks,
Chris
