valve size B20 140-160

I don't know about the valve size topic, but I'll assume that 38.5 will be more than what you want if you're not going with a more aggressive cam(what cam are you using anyway?) and leaving the intake as is. Could work out, but I dunno.

KG Trimning's stage 2 head has 44/37, and their stage 3 is 46/38.5 FWIW...

And I was just looking at Unitek's website, and they have a little recipe for ~170 hk b20, “Optimal Folkracemotor” near the bottom of the page... Makes use of the late b20A head like you have, SU HIF6s or weber 36(?), some other things and an overbore...

And what I want to say is, DO NOT go with the DGV 32/36, it won't be as good as it could be. Go with at least the SUs or the bigger webers(I have no experience with them). And I like my HIF6s... Noticeably bigger than HS6s.

I can't wait to hear how it all turns out! And will you be decking the block and/or head for the compression?
