Is there a way to have the front/rear turn signal on steady on one side? 200

Hello All,

If any of you have been in Europe, have you noticed on the narrow streets of some German Bavarian village, cars parked with one side or the other parked up on te curb or sidewalk, with the traffic or street side Turn Signal or Parking Lamps Front and Rear for that side on steady? It was the law, in Germany, back in 1975, when I served in the US Army, there.

Do Volvos come with that option, as they are driven through out Europe, with those same road rules?

Is there a way to make or modify our 240 Series Volvos to do that? I have a 1981 244DL.

Thanks.
