Update 700 1989

Hey, thanks for the link explaining over rev limiter in idle mode on LH2.4. I'm pretty sure I haven't seen that.

I do have at least the R&M manual for a 240 LH2.2 -- no mention of that feature there, but that doesn't mean it doesn't work like that. I'm sure I don't have to tell you the possibility the throttle switch is stuck closed or the wire is pinched will be pretty easy to rule out with your meter, once you get back to the car. Probably take less time than our consideration of it.
