I'm getting a weak spark...help 200 1982

1982, Volvo 244 nonturbo with KJET. I have the chrysler ignition system. I've replaced the hall sensor, coil, and distributor cap/rotor. Sparkplug wires and grounds are all good. The fuel delivery is good as well.

Problem: Car will not start. I suspect it is due to the very weak spark from the coil. I have no idea what could be causing this, I've checked almost everything in my Bentley manual. Turbobricks.com is no help. Even my local Volvo mechanic is stumped.

What can it be?

Chris
