Is this the Fuel Filter or Fuel Pump?

Ah yes, the infamous Regina (got only one pump) Rex set up. If that is the case then yes there is only a filter mounted there. How it quit leaking because you tightened the 10mm bolt is still a mystery though!?!?!

I charge an hour to diagnose a faulty pre-pump and 2 more hours to replace it. So just a straight replacement would be 2 hours @ $70.00 per hour, $140.00.
