Fuel Vacuum Leak S90-V90 1998

I think I've got a small vacuum leak in the fuel (442 code I posted last week). There are three connections to the fuel evap. canister. Each connections terminates in a rubber fitting - two 90 degree elbows and one straight. I bought the fittings from the dealer. When I was under the car last weekend the elbows seemed fine but the straight fitting seemed songe.

My questions is do these just slip onto the tubing (I recognize they do slip on canister)or are they glued on. When I was under the car could not tell.

Also when replacing the fuel filter:
a. do you need to drop the whole bracket it is in or can you just
slip the inlet and outlet fittings off, remove the screw on the
front face of filter, slide the old filter out and new in.
b. I assume that the inlet and outlet to the filter just slip off.

Thanks for the help.
